Blood Murphy (Cardiovascular Support)

2 roma tomatoes, cut into quarters

1 tsp prepared horseradish

3 celery stalks, rough chop

1 red pepper (stem and seeds removed), sliced in long strips

2 drops of New Roots Cardiac Health Tincture 

Add all ingredients (except tincture) to a Vitamix and blend until everything has emulsified. Strain through a nut mylk bag into a bowl.
Add drops of tincture to the juice in the bowl.
Pour the juice from the bowl into a pop-top bottle or mason jar.
Makes ½ cup of juice

Walking on Sunshine (Immune Support)

1 navel orange, peeled & cut into quarters

1 small turmeric, rough chop into large pieces

1” knob of ginger, rough chop into large pieces

1 tsp flaxseed oil

pinch of black pepper

2 drops of Natural Factors Anti-Viral 

Add all ingredients (except Anti Viral) to a Vitamix and blend until everything has emulsified. Strain through a nut mylk bag into a bowl.
Add drops of Anti Viral to the juice in the bowl.
Pour the juice from the bowl into a pop-top bottle or mason jar.

Makes ½ cup of juice

  • Oranges are packed with Vitamin C to support you immune system. Ginger is also create for your immune system as it’s anti-bacterial and helps soothe sore throats (if a cold persists). Turmeric is known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties and is best absorbs with black pepper and a fat which is why we added the flax seed oil.

 

Poop Juice (Digestive Aid)

¼ cup pineapple juice

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Mix together 

  • Why are we calling this poop juice? Well…it helps you poop! Pineapple has a natural digestive enzyme in it called bromelain which helps you breakdown your food. Apple cider vinegar helps your digestive system wake up in the morning, kickstarting the muscle contraction to help your poop move along to your colon (sorry for that mental image).

 

Liver & Let Live (Liver Support)

1 bunch of green kale, rough chop

½ lemon, peeled

½ clove garlic

2 drops of Botanica Milk Thistle   

Add all ingredients (except tincture) to a Vitamix and blend until everything has emulsified. Strain through a nut mylk bag into a bowl.
Add drops of tincture to the juice in the bowl.
Pour the juice from the bowl into a pop-top bottle or mason jar.

Makes ½ cup of juice

  • Lemon helps the liver function properly and help the body eliminate any toxins. We added garlic as it is high in selenium and sulphur which helps with detoxification. Milk Thistle has liver-protecting properties which makes it an extra boost in this shot.

 

Mental Clarity (Nervous System)

1 tbsp Organika Blue Mylk Latte Powder

2 tbsp hot water

1/4 cup coconut water

1 tbsp NutraSea Fish Oil 
Makes 1/2 cup

Mix hot water with the blue latte powder and stir until it dissolves.
Mix in coconut water and stir to combine.
Mix in fish oil and stir to combine.


  • The key ingredients in the Blue powder are chlorella and spirulina, both of which are freshwater algaes. Spirulina is a great source of B vitamins which support your nervous system and chlorella can assist with detoxing the body of heavy metals. We added fish oil to the mix to further help support the nervous system and reduce inflammation.

 

Purple Reign (Stress Relief)

½ head of purple cabbage, rough chop

1” knob ginger, rough chop into large pieces

3 stalks of celery, rough chop

2 drops Botanica Ashwaghanda 

Add all ingredients (except tincture) to a Vitamix and blend until everything has emulsified. Strain through a nut mylk bag into a bowl.
Add drops of tincture to the juice in the bowl.
Pour the juice from the bowl into a pop-top bottle or mason jar

Makes 1/2 cup juice


  • Cabbage is full of antioxidants and cabbage juice has been shown to reduce stomach ulcers and digestion troubles. The ashwagandha has been added to this to help combat stress and feelings of anxiousness.
