                          Instructions:1. Clean the greens by washing them under cold water to remove any dirt or sand. Cut them in half and add to a large stockpot of boiling water. Boil for 4-5 min or until tender. 2. Strain the greens and Transfer the greens to a serving bowl and drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, and feta. Serve hot or warm  |
