This nourishing latte is great for digestion, inflammation, and skin & joint health. It also helps balance blood sugar and is a good source of healthy fats.

Cook Time: 2 minutes


Ingredients

1 cup homemade bone broth or pre-made bone broth

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

2 tsp ground turmeric

1/2 tsp ground ginger (or 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp collagen powder (optional)

Pinch of black pepper


Instructions

Heat bone broth/water and coconut milk in a medium saucepan until warm.

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.

Blend until frothy and pour into two coffee mugs.
