These Keto-friendly pecans are sweetened with Monk Fruit and packed with flavor. I bet you can't just eat one....

Servings: 3-4

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1 pinch pink salt

1 cup pecan, halves

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp Lacanto granulated monkfruit 


Instructions

Dry roast pecans in a frying pan on stove top for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.

Add butter and remaining ingredients to the frying pan. Mix well and remove from heat. Enjoy!

Nuts will store well in a sealed container in the pantry
