Trying to avoid or cut back on the alcohol this Holiday season? Try these delicious and healthy mocktails! Lots of anti-inflammatory and immune modulating ingredients to support your health and well-being. 


Golden Ginger and Orange Mocktail Ingredients

2 tsp Botanica Fermented Turmeric Ginger

2 tbsp raw honey or sweetener of choice to taste

1 tbsp freshly grated ginger

½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Pinch of Himalayan salt

2-3 ice cubes

1 cup cold water

1 cup club soda or to taste

Instructions:

Whirl ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and frothy.

Pour into two glasses and garnish with an orange slice and a dash of cayenne.

 

Eggnog Chaga Mocktail  Ingredients:

2 cups of regular or dairy free eggnog

1 tsp Harmonic Arts Chaga Mushroom Powder

1 tsp vanilla

¼ tsp cinnamon

Freshly ground nutmeg to garnish

Instructions:

On low to medium heat, add all ingredients in a saucepan. Whisk until everything is incorporated.

Pour into a mug and grate fresh nutmeg to garnish.

 

Red Velvet Ashwagandha Latte Ingredients:

2 tbsp tbsp of Organic Traditions Red Velvet Latte mix

11/2 tsp of Organic Traditions Ashwagandha

1 cup boiling water, or your favorite plant-based milk, heated

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients at high speed for 2 minutes until frothy.

A healthy twist on the decadent red velvet cake that combines organic cacao powder with organic beet root powder. Organic cacao powder is rich in magnesium and organic beet root powder is packed with dietary nitrate.

Adding Ashwagandha may help with stamina, energy and stress reduction.
