Ingredients3-4 cups of baby arugula 1 avocado, cubed 1 small red onion, thinly sliced 2 mini cucumbers or ½ an english cucumber, sliced a handful of pea shoots or sunflower sprouts a handful of cilantro, chopped salt, pepper 6 ripe strawberries hulled Creamy sesame dressing 2 tbsp raw tahini 1 tbsp coconut aminos 1½ tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp roasted sesame oil 1-2 pinch/es dry ginger a splash of mirin cooking wine (optional) |

Instructions:Prepare salad items and place in a bowl. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss in with salad. Also pairs well with grilled prawns or salmon. |
