Ingredients

1/2 English cucumber, chopped

1 bunch bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped

1 medium lemon, peeled and seeded

1 red or green apple

2 cups frozen pineapple

1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder or juice

1 teaspoon minced ginger

1/4 cup frozen raw cauliflower florets

Optional: Monk fruit sweetener to taste 


Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender (Add water if needed).
Add to a bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice
