A breast cancer diagnosis wasn’t enough to stop Amelia Kirchoff, or her daughter Jola. After the diagnosis, the pair bonded together to create a macrobiotic, plant-based diet that would help Amelia through the fight ahead. During the battle, they created the MacroBar in the kitchen of their Wisconsin family farm.
