All meat is provincially inspected as a minimum and selected for animal welfare and diet. No added nitrites, celery extract, dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, phosphates, binders, fillers, or MSG. We use Quebec cherrywood to naturally smoke our bacon.<br><br>
Ingredients: Southern Alberta Pork, Sea Salt, Canadian Maple Syrup, Naturally Smoked.
