Jalapeno and Cheddar Pierogi
We took our plant-based sharp cheddar and potato pierogi, added jalapeño, poblano, and green peppers, blended with salsa, green onion, and spices. These pierogi have great cheesy flavour with a nice little bit of heat at the end.<br><br>
This flavour has been frequently requested by our regulars and, after months of experimenting in our test kitchen, we developed a recipe that is delicious and addictive, and that caters to many diets. These pierogi start with a plant-based cheddar sheeze filling, and adds jalapeño, poblano, and green peppers, and then elevated with salsa, green onion, and spices.

These pierogi are best served pan fried until they have an intensely crispy crust which pairs texturally with the smooth and creamy filling.

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, water, potato, onion, vegan sheeze (coconut oil, cornstarch, soy protein concentrate, carrageenan, guar gum, white distilled vinegar, lactic acid, natural flavours, yeast extract, colour), jalapeño pepper, poblano pepper, green peppers, salsa, sunflower oil, garlic, black pepper, chili powder, cilantro, cumin, salt.
