Claim Topical: Rosemary essential oil is used in Aromatherapy to relieve minor skin bruises. Rosemary essential oil, Clove essential oil, Blue Mallee essential oil, and Cinnamon essential oil are used in Aromatherapy to help relieve joint/muscle pain associated with sprain/strain/rheumatoid arthritis. Camphor and menthol temporarily relieve aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with one or more of the following: Simple backache, lumbago, strains and sprains (involving muscles, tendons, and/or ligaments), and arthritis. Arnica is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve pain and/or inflammation in muscles and joints (e.g. sprains, bruises, joint pain). Rosemary essential oil is used in Aromatherapy as a carminative/antispasmodic for symptomatic relief of digestive discomfort. Blue Mallee essential oil is used in Aromatherapy to help relieve headache. Topical/Inhalation: Rosemary essential oil, Clove essential oil, Blue Mallee essential oil, Cinnamon essential oil and Lemon essential oil are used in Aromatherapy to help relieve colds/cough.

Contra-Indications For adult use only; keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding; have epilepsy, asthma, persistent or chronic cough, or other chronic lung conditions; or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/ Compositae/ Daisy family. Do not use on face or near the nose/mouth. Do not use with other products containing camphor, menthol, eucalyptol and/or eucalyptus essential oil. Do not expose the applied area(s) to the sun for 24-48 hours after application. If you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, do not use this product; Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use on the face or near the nose or mouth.
Cautions and Warnings If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil or water. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not tightly bandage or apply with external heat such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. If symptoms persist and/or worsen after 7 days or re-occur within a few days, or are accompanied by a fever, rash, or persistent headache, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you have sensitive skin, dilute 1 part of this product in 4 parts carrier (olive oil, grapeseed oil, or unscented body lotion), apply to a small section of skin and wait 5-6 hours. If there is no reaction, continue use as directed.
Known Adverse Reactions If you experience rashes, burning discomfort, nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction (hypersensitivity), discontinue use. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.
