Silver Hills bakes a better bagel that's soft, chewy and sprouted. Organic bagels are made with a blend of organic sprouted grains and organic wheat flour. They are boiled then baked creating a soft, chewy texture with 3g to 4g of fiber per bagel. Sprouted grains = more nutrients, easier digestion, better absorption.
